All recyclables go in the cart: no sorting required! Check the list of accepted recyclables.

Rinse all containers thoroughly; no liquids, food contamination, or hazardous materials allowed.

Flatten or cut cardboard so it fits in the cart without taking up a lot of space.

Papers and magazines are placed in the cart loose.

Bundle paper, magazines, and cardboard, and place beside the cart if these items will not fit.

Other recyclables that won't fit in the cart may be placed in blue recycling bags and left next to the cart.

Solid waste and garbage are not allowed in the recycling cart.
